This style of Gentle Yoga incorporates aspects of yin yoga, restorative, and vinyasa. Explore gentle movement and relaxing restorative poses. You will be encouraged to move intuitively while offering clear and concise instructions. We will start on the ground and effortlessly make our way into a few basic standing postures. The class will end with a 15 minute sound bath meditation with the gong, didgeridoo, handpan, shruti box, and ocean drum. This is a gentle practice is for everyone.
