It’s a new year and it’s a nice time to bring it back to our hearts, with gratitude and celebration. What are you grateful for, what could you do to add more joy and passion in your personal and professional life, and what are you letting go of to make more space and expand

We will gather and do some journaling on these topics. So bring a notebook or journal or you can always jot things down in your phone. We will enjoy a relaxing meditation, balancing our energies and coming back to self, and peace. Flowing into some beautiful sound healing with Crystal singing bowls. To end we will do a releasing ritual.

There will be oracle cards to pull from, for clarity and guidance. Wear comfortable clothes, and make sure you’re not hungry so you can relax.
