Hello! My name is Jenna, I am an intuitive channel, breathwork facilitator, mama of 2, ASL interpreter turned light worker! Join me on a journey back home to yourself, back into your body, back into the present moment. Using breath as a tool to move pass the ego and into a deeper heart centered space. I will hold safe loving space and guide you through a gentle yet transformative breathwork. To awaken deeply held energies, so you can transmute and release them back to the universe. I take a more feminine approach to breathwork to really dive deep into the emotional body, to find surrender in the resistance. We will also work with breath holds to open and activate your chakras, moving you deeper into alignment. We will then finish off with a gentle sound bath to keep you deeply relaxed. I may also pull tarot or oracle cards if spirit guides me to seek deeper into what the collective needs.
