Emotions are able to be processed through the act of breathing. Nikki will be leading a guided Breathwork session that will allow the brain to go from stress responders to relaxation responders. This hour of sustained, rhythmic breathing techniques will reach the end goal of reduced stress, increased alertness and boosted immunity.
