Mary is a highly sensitive, intuitive being who specializes in subconscious deprogramming and consciousness awakening. She is a certified yoga teacher, sound healer, and Reiki Master who is also currently enrolled in an advanced training through the AlcheMe Yoga Therapy Program to become a Yoga Therapist. Mary uses various modalities to unlock trauma and expand the consciousness of anybody she works with. She uses yoga in her own unique way to help individuals heal on a holistic level. Mary also co-facilitates Breathwork with Frankie every Monday night at 7:30pm which begins with her Purification (Light Body Activation).
