Jen will be guiding you through what she calls the 2-part breath method; double in and exhale through the mouth. ~30 minutes of active breathing leading to a ~10-12 minute breath retention (the best part). She is very honored and grateful to share this practice with you!
This specific type of breathwork has the ability to:
• alkaline our body and boost our immunity
• activate our parasympathetic system to calm and slow down our minds
• move stagnant energy and/or blockages within our mind, body & spirit— bring clarity
• surface suppressed emotions and trauma— heal and let go
• drop us into a deeper state of consciousness and awareness
*highly encouraged to do this practice on an empty stomach. No heavy foods at least 2-3 hours prior
