Emotions are able to be processed through the act of breathing. Nikki will be leading a guided Breathwork session that will allow the brain to go from stress responders to relaxation responders. This hour of sustained, rhythmic breathing techniques will reach the end goal of reduced stress, increased alertness and boosted immunity. Breathwork is an amazing practice for all walks of life, especially for people with any type of autoimmune disease. Not only does it alkaline your blood pH but increases muscle tone, reduces inflammation, as well as elevates your mood.
