When you think of self-care what surfaces for you? Do you have self-care practices that you do? How are you managing the stress in your life? Is it working for you?
Regardless of where we are at in our beliefs and values, there is an undeniable, palatable feeling of tension in the air. A feeling like the lid is about to blow off and fears of the unknown.
In this sacred sister circle we will drop into better our bodies response to stress and how to identify when we are in a stressed state. We will explore ways to release and manage these intense energies around us invoking fear and survival states. As we move into November facing elections SELF-CARE is critical and as mothers, women, and caretakers many times we forget our own self-care. Lets gather and release the fears and tensions that are holding us in survival states and identify ways we can uplevel our own self-care when everything around us may feel un-stabilizing and fragmenting.
