Christina guides meditators through a deeply relaxing and revitalizing meditation system called Max Meditation™. This meditation blends ancient eastern methods with modern science practices of psychology and NLP into one meditation. It's a four-step process of relaxation, passive mindfulness, active meditation, and then a creative visualization specifically designed for the unique energy of the group. This meditation is great for new meditators or experienced mediators who have a regular practice.
