Allow the power of sound to guide you through a meditative journey in this integrative class. Bask in bliss with live acoustic guitar and singing as you find stillness in yin stretches. Surrounded by candlelight, all postures are held for 5 minutes in a lying down or seated position to access deep muscle fascia and connective tissue. Props, blankets, and essential oils are all available during class to help students fully surrender into a state of effortless relaxation.
