Yoga Nidra with Mona Van

Mona’s first exposure to meditation was in 2000, during her junior year of high school. After sporadic practice through the years, it has become an important part of her lifestyle. Through meditation, Mona has learned to trust her inner experiences and intuitive feelings so that she can stand firmly with confidence in the center of her being and engage more fully with life. She has been trained in Yoga Nidra, Radiance Sutras, and Yoga Therapy. As a meditation guide, Mona’s greatest hope is to create a safe space for others to tune in with their inherent wisdom and healing abilities.
